Return Policy – Let’s Keep It Real

We don’t do drama—but we do care about your experience.

If something arrives damaged or not giving what it’s supposed to give, hit us up within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. We’ll either replace it or issue a refund, depending on the issue.

💌 Greeting Cards & Stickers

All sales are final. These babies are made to order and packed with attitude—so we don’t do returns on paper goods unless we seriously messed up.

👚 Shirts, Mugs & Other Gifts

Didn’t fit? Changed your mind? We got you. You may return or exchange unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it’s our fault.

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order shows up lookin’ a hot mess, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it fast and with love.
Past 7 days? We might side-eye you, but we’ll still hear you out.

The Fine Print (So we are on the same page...):

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable (you know why)
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we messed up

No take-backs on:

  • Greeting cards and stickers
  • Worn clothing or used drinkware
  • “Changed your mind” orders (we don’t do buyer’s remorse around here)
